Ingredients
1Can Garbanzo Beans
1Can Black Beans
1Can Corn
3Bell Peppers
1Purple Onion
1Tomatillo
1Cup Cilantro
1Limejuiced
1TablespoonGarlic
1TablespoonCumin
1TeaspoonSalt
Instructions
Get out a large mixing bowl and a cutting board. Chop up the bell peppers, purple onion, tomatillo, and cilantro then put them in the large bowl. Cut the corn off the cob carefully and add that to the bowl as well.
Open the garbanzo and black beans with a can opener, drain, and add to the veggies in the bowl. Juice the lime, mince 3 cloves of garlic, and add to the bowl. Last but not least, add the spices—cumin, and salt. Stir all of the ingredients & enjoy!
