Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Nut Milk
  • 5 Dates pitted
  • 1 Tablespoon Almonds
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  • Pit the dates.
  • Blend the banana, oats, ice, nut milk, dates, almonds, protein powder, peanut butter, and shredded coconut until smooth and creamy. Pour and enjoy with a drizzle of peanut butter and a sprinkle of coconut!
