Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Buckwheat
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Flaxseed Ground
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Rinse the buckwheat and soak it in water overnight.
