Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Lemons juiced
  • 2 Blackberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 Cans Sparkling Water unsweetened

Instructions

  • Start by creating a homemade blackberry lemon syrup. Grab a small mixing bowl, add the blackberries, maple syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Using a fork or muddler, gently press down on the blackberries, mixing them with the syrup and lemon juice until you have a well-combined syrup. I like to leave whole blackberries in tact. 
  • Next, take two cocktail glasses of your choice and fill each with ice. Pour half of the blackberry-lemon syrup mixture into each glass, then add the sparkling water. Give each glass a gentle stir, and you’re ready to serve!
  • If you want to make these mocktails even more stunning, garnish each glass with a few whole blackberries or a thin lemon slice on the rim. ENJOY ✨
