Start by mashing one banana with a fork. I like to mash the bananas well so there aren’t small pieces left, but if you prefer thicker banana pieces, mash the baba as a little less.
In a glass jar or cup, combine half of the mashed banana, instant coffee, chia seeds, and nut milk. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
Place the jar or cup in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. You can refrigerate it for longer if you prefer. This mixture also tastes delicious and sets thicker if left overnight.
After the chia base has been refrigerated, add the other half of the mashed banana on top.
Whisk or steam the Nutpods Cookie Butter creamer until it’s frothy. Then, pour it over the top of the mashed banana. Sprinkle a little instant coffee or cocoa powder on top. Stir gently and enjoy your Chia Coffee!
