Chickpea Pumpkin Blondies

Extra sweet, with a gooey, chocolate filled center—these Chickpea Pumpkin Blondies are an addicting healthy fall treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Nut Butter
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Blend all of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Add 3/4 of the chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Get out a baking dish (I used a 9x13) and pour the batter into the dish. Smooth, add a 1/4 cup out chocolate chips to the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes and serve!
