1/2CupMaple Syrupmaybe more to taste
1/2Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4Lemonsjuiced
1Cup Water
2TablespoonsGingerfreshly grated

Instructions
Combine cranberries, maple syrup, water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and grated ginger in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring and mashing the cranberries every 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain the mixture to create the cranberry ginger syrup.
Pour 1/4 cup of syrup into a glass and top with sparkling water.
Garnish with mint, lemon, and cranberries, then enjoy!
