Cranberry Ginger Beer Mocktail

My Cranberry Ginger Beer Mocktail is so good for you & a perfectly beautiful blend of tart cranberries, spicy ginger, and bubbly goodness—all tied together with a hint of maple syrup for sweetness!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Cranberries whole
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup maybe more to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 Lemons juiced
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Ginger freshly grated
  • Sparkling Water

Instructions

  • Combine cranberries, maple syrup, water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and grated ginger in a saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring and mashing the cranberries every 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and strain the mixture to create the cranberry ginger syrup.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of syrup into a glass and top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with mint, lemon, and cranberries, then enjoy!
