  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Cut the apples into 1 inch cubes. Get out a frying pan, & simmer the cranberries and apples with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir every minute or so. It will turn into a cranberry apple mixture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, oats, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon—mix well!
  • Get out a baking dish & divide the crumble mixture in half.
  • Press half of the crumble mixture into a baking dish, pour in the cranberry apple mixture, add the rest of the crumble on top & bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

This pairs deliciously with a dairy free whipped cream or creamer over top!
