Easy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Make a rich and creamy homemade garlic Parmesan sauce with roasted garlic & Parmesan cheese. Perfect for pasta, wings, dips, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bulb Garlic roasted
  • 1 Cup Parmesan shredded
  • 1 Cup Avocado Mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Roast the garlic. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Cut the top of the garlic bulb, this will help it roast better. Get out a piece of foil and set the garlic bulb in the foil. Pour a splash of olive oil onto the garlic bulb, wrap it up, and roast it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  • Once the 40 minutes is up, squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their little pouches and into a blender or food processor along with all the other ingredients. Blend on low until you have a sauce with a smooth & creamy consistency. Enjoy!
