Roast the garlic. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Cut the top of the garlic bulb, this will help it roast better. Get out a piece of foil and set the garlic bulb in the foil. Pour a splash of olive oil onto the garlic bulb, wrap it up, and roast it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
Once the 40 minutes is up, squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their little pouches and into a blender or food processor along with all the other ingredients. Blend on low until you have a sauce with a smooth & creamy consistency. Enjoy!
