Ingredients

  • 3 Mangos chopped
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 Red Onion chopped
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 2 Tomatillos chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño chopped
  • 4 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by chopping the mangoes, red bell peppers, red onion, and tomatillos into small, bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic cloves, chop the cilantro, and finely dice the jalapeño (remove the seeds if you prefer a milder salsa).
  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and squeeze the juice of two limes over the salsa mixture.
  • Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste. Start with a little and adjust according to your preference. Toss all of the ingredients and enjoy!
