Instructions
Start by chopping the mangoes, red bell peppers, red onion, and tomatillos into small, bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic cloves, chop the cilantro, and finely dice the jalapeño (remove the seeds if you prefer a milder salsa).
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and squeeze the juice of two limes over the salsa mixture.
Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste. Start with a little and adjust according to your preference. Toss all of the ingredients and enjoy!
