Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Strawberries chopped
  • 2 Cups Apples chopped
  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats I use gluten free
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter or nut butter of choice
  • 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries and apples. Toss them with a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor. Spread the fruit evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, pecans, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until the oats are fully coated, and the mixture forms small crumbles. If needed, use your hands to break up any large pieces and evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Evenly sprinkle the oat crumble mixture over the fruit. Make sure to cover the fruit entirely, pressing down lightly to help it adhere.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crumble topping turns golden brown and the fruit becomes bubbly and tender. Serve & enjoy!
