Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the tahini and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Add the eggs, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until the mixture is well-combined and smooth.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with chocolate chips if you want an extra fudgy treat!
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
