Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips (refined sugar free) melted

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries until the berries are fully coated. For an extra creamy touch, use vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • Use a spoon to drop small clusters of the yogurt-coated blueberries into a silicone mold, muffin tins, or onto a lined baking sheet. Aim for bite-sized portions for the perfect snack.
  • Place them in the freezer for about an hour, or until the yogurt clusters are firm.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in 30 second increments. Dip each cluster into the melted chocolate or drizzle it over the top.
  • Return the clusters to the freezer for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate coating is set.
