2CupsFrozen Blueberries
1Cup White Chocolate Chips (refined sugar free)melted
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries until the berries are fully coated. For an extra creamy touch, use vanilla Greek yogurt.
Use a spoon to drop small clusters of the yogurt-coated blueberries into a silicone mold, muffin tins, or onto a lined baking sheet. Aim for bite-sized portions for the perfect snack.
Place them in the freezer for about an hour, or until the yogurt clusters are firm.
Melt the white chocolate chips in 30 second increments. Dip each cluster into the melted chocolate or drizzle it over the top.
Return the clusters to the freezer for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate coating is set.
