This Healthy Buffalo Chicken Crunch Wrap is an addicting & quick lunch. Filled with so many healthy and flavorful ingredients—buffalo seasoned rotisserie chicken, a light Greek yogurt cilantro mayo, pickled onions, avocado, and a tomato salad.
¼ CupBuffalo SauceI typically use Frank’s Hot Sauce

Greek Yogurt Cilantro Mayo
½Cup Greek Yogurt
¼CupCilantrochopped
¼Cup Green Onionchopped

Instructions
In a bowl combine the diced rotisserie chicken, chopped & cooked bacon, chopped green onion, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside!
Mix the Greek yogurt, cilantro, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the healthy Cilantro Mayo.
In another bowl, combine the lettuce & roma tomato (diced). Add about 2 tablespoons of the healthy Cilantro Mayo and mix.
To assemble the wrap, spread the healthy Cilantro Mayo over one half of the wrap or tortilla. Add the buffalo chicken, salad mix, and toppings!
Roll by folding one side over the toppings, folding in the sides, then rolling the rest of your wrap. Fry each side in an olive oiled pan on medium heat until the tortilla is browned.
Serve with a side of Greek yogurt cilantro Mayo for dipping & ENJOY!
