Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chicken Shredded
  • 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, feta cheese, hot sauce, and all the seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt). Stir until everything is evenly combined.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the buffalo chicken dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top it off with a sprinkle of green onions and more feta. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is warm and bubbly.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle chopped green onions or a drizzle of extra buffalo sauce on top before serving. Serve hot with your favorite dippers!
