Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Plant Milk coconut adds the best flavor!
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Toppings

  • Pineapple
  • Strawberries
  • Honey
  • Toasted Coconut

Instructions

  • Chop the pineapple and strawberries into small chunks. In a small bowl or container, add the pineapple, strawberries, and honey. Mash the fruit into a jam like consistency.
  • Add the chia and coconut milk to the fruit and let it set in the fridge overnight or for about 2-3 hours.
  • Top it off with more pineapple and strawberries, toasted coconut, & honey!
