Ingredients
2 CupsMixed Berriesfrozen
1/4Cup Almond Milk
1 TablespoonHoneyor sweetener of choice
Toppings
Strawberries
Cherries
Coconut Flakes
Granola
Nut Butter
Chocolate ChipsI use Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
In a blender, combine the berries, almond milk, and honey.
Turn the blender on low and begin blending. Use the blender tamper to push the fruit down. If you don’t have a tamper, you can turn off the blender here and there to scrape the frozen fruit down so it can puree. You can slowly add more milk as needed if the fruit won’t blend, but I’d suggest sticking with the 1/4 cup to start. Continue until there are no more fruit chunks.
Add to a bowl & top off the bowl with strawberries, cherries, coconut flakes, granola, nut butter, and chocolate chips! Enjoy the deliciousness!
