I like to freeze my espresso into cubes ahead of time. This makes the drink chilled & slightly icy without ice! So if you want to do this—freeze the 1/2 cup of coffee or espresso in ice cube trays.
Get out the glass you’re going to use, line the rim with honey & dip in cocoa powder!
In a blender, combine the espresso, 1/2 cup nut milk, creamer, and honey. Pour into a cute glass!
Blend or whisk 1/4 cup nut milk and the instant coffee! Once it’s nice and foamy—pour over the espresso mixture. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and serve!
If you like yours to be more blended—add less nut milk to the espresso cubes!
