Coffee Mocktail

This creamy, perfectly sweet Coffee Mocktail is delicious beyond belief and the perfect holiday treat!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Coffee or Espresso (cubes or fresh)
  • 2 Tablespoons Creamer I used Nut Pods
  • 3/4 Cup Nut Milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee

Toppings

  • Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  • I like to freeze my espresso into cubes ahead of time. This makes the drink chilled & slightly icy without ice! So if you want to do this—freeze the 1/2 cup of coffee or espresso in ice cube trays.
  • Get out the glass you’re going to use, line the rim with honey & dip in cocoa powder!
  • In a blender, combine the espresso, 1/2 cup nut milk, creamer, and honey. Pour into a cute glass!
  • Blend or whisk 1/4 cup nut milk and the instant coffee! Once it’s nice and foamy—pour over the espresso mixture. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and serve!
  • If you like yours to be more blended—add less nut milk to the espresso cubes!
