Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt I use Fage 0%
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Strawberries frozen

Instructions

  • Add all 3 ingredients to a blender, and blend until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  • If the shake is too thick, add water or your favorite milk of choice to make it thinner. If you prefer your shake thicker, add more frozen strawberries and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
