2TablespoonsOlive Oil
1/4CupAlmond Flour
1TablespoonGarlic Powder
1TablespoonPaprika
1TeaspoonSalt
1TeaspoonPepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Chop your brussel sprouts in half and put them in a large bowl. Add in the olive oil and toss until evenly distributed.
Add the almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the brussel sprouts. Toss until evenly distributed.
Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper or tinfoil and lay the brussel sprouts on their flat side—this will brown them nicely. Bake for an hour or until browned.
While the brussel sprouts bake—cook the bacon until crispy and chop them into bacon bits.
10 minutes before taking the brussel sprouts out of the oven, fry 4 over-easy eggs.
Once the brussel sprouts are finished, put them in a large bowl, mix in the bacon, and top with the 4 eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste & enjoy!
