It’s a delightful non-alcoholic beverage that’s easy to make (only 5 ingredients) and great for any event, an afternoon boost, or an evening in! This mocktail puts a twist on a classic fruity spritzer and peach lemonade. Also an amazing option for anyone vegan, gluten-free, or looking to eliminate refined sugars.

Lemon and Peach Mocktail Spritz Ingredients
This refreshing Peach Mocktail Lemon Spritz is quite easy to make, with only 5 ingredients (not counting the ice)! I prefer to use fresh peaches, but if they’re not in season, you can use frozen peaches. If you do this, don’t add the ice in addition to the frozen peaches. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 Fresh Peach cubed
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Cup Seltzer
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger (optional if you don’t like this flavor!)
- 1/2 Cup Ice
How to Make a Lemon and Peach Mocktail Spritz
This recipe is a perfect non-alcoholic drink for any party🍑🥂
Cut the peach into cubes and juice the lemon. Next, cut a small piece off of the whole ginger root and peel the skin using a small sharp knife. Mince the ginger and measure about a teaspoon of minced ginger. Add the fresh or frozen peach, lemon, honey, sparkling seltzer, ginger, and ice if needed to the blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth & enjoy!
Alternative Ingredients
I am a huge fan of the flavor combinations in this Lemon and Peach Mocktail! However if you want to spice things up or try another variation here are a few alternative ingredients I’ve tried that compliment this recipe well.
Peaches: If you’re not a fan of peaches, try using nectarines or strawberries. They will make an absolutely delicious mocktail in place of the peaches.
Lemon: You can replace the lemon with lime if you prefer that flavor.
Ginger: If you’re not a fan of ginger, no worries! You can just skip adding the ginger. If you want an herbal hint in its place, try adding a couple mint or basil leaves.
Honey: Honey is my personal favorite sweetener for this recipe, but I’ve tried it with maple syrup and agave nectar as well. These both make great alternative options!
Sparkling Water: Use any flavor of sparking water you like. A lemon ginger kombucha would compliment the flavors in this recipe very nicely instead of sparkling water.
I hope this helps if you want to switch up any of the ingredients I selected for this recipe!
What Makes a Healthy Mocktail?
In a world that is becoming more health-conscious, non-alcoholic options are growing in popularity. We are in an era of healthy mocktails, where deliciousness meets nutritious-ness!! Let’s dive into what makes a mocktail—it may even give you some inspiration for other ideas to create mocktails of your own!
Fresh & Natural Ingredients
The foundation of any healthy mocktail is in the ingredients—they must be whole and fresh. With this in mind, opt for fresh fruits, herbs, and juices to infuse your drink with vitamins, antioxidants, and natural sweetness.
Low Sugar Content
One of the cons to many traditional mocktails and cocktails is their high sugar content. Healthy mocktails are made sweet with natural sweeteners like fresh fruit, honey, or agave syrup. This eliminates refined sugar without skimping on the flavor.
Hydrating Ingredients
Incorporate ingredients that add an element of hydration to your mocktail for that extra health kick. Coconut water, electrolytes, teas, or infused water will hydrate instead of dehydrate you! I’ll take that any day!
Healthy Mixers
When selecting mixers, try to go with options that complement your health goals! For example, sparkling or flavored water, herbal infusions, or kombucha are great choices. They add wonderful (cocktail like) flavor without the added calories and sugars of a typical cocktail mixer.
Everything in Moderation
Of course we all know this saying! But it’s very important to remember. Enjoying a healthy mocktail doesn’t mean unlimited consumption. So savor the flavors, and let each sip be an experience!
What Makes a Fun Mocktail 🥳
Garnishes
Finish off your creation with beautiful, delicious, simple garnishes. Fresh herbs, citrus slices, or edible flowers will add to the flavor AND make it look that much more appetizing. They also bring that fun cocktail flair, especially when you break out the cocktail glasses.
Creative and Unique Flavors
Experiment and have fun with unique flavor and texture combos! Try adding chia or boba pearls to your mocktail, or come up with tasty herb and fruit combos!
