Transfer the oat mixture to a container with a tight-fitting lid, such as a mason jar or airtight tupperware. Spread the oat mixture into an even layer at the bottom of the container.

Layer 2

In a separate bowl, combine ½ cup of Greek yogurt and ¼ cup of chopped strawberries. Mix well to combine. Spoon this strawberry yogurt mixture over the oat layer in the container.

Layer 3

In another bowl, mash the remaining strawberries with a fork until they reach your desired consistency. I like them to have a jam-like consistency. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the mashed strawberries and mix well. Spoon over the strawberry yogurt layer in the container.

Spread it out evenly.

Cover the container with a lid and refrigerate the overnight oats for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the oats to soften.
