Done in 15 Minutes!

This recipe actually couldn’t get any easier. I left my food processor running while I did the dishes and came back to creamy deliciousness.

When making this Cinnamon Peanut Butter—I like to toast the peanuts for 5 minutes first. I think it adds the perfect flavor, but totally up to you! After toasting, get out you blender or food processor! I like to use my food processor more for this one! Combine all of the ingredients. Blend for 10 minutes—occasionally scraping the sides. Enjoy this delectable Cinnamon Peanut Butter on anything and everything!

Health Benefits of Peanut Butter

Contrary to common belief, consuming peanut butter in moderation can be extremely beneficial for weight management! The combo of protein and healthy fats helps keep you feeling full and satisfied, reducing the likelihood of overeating and snacking on less nutritious options!

01

Peanut butter is rich in essential nutrients. It’s a great source of protein, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. A two-tablespoon serving can provide a significant amount of protein, which is essential for muscle repair, immune function, and overall body maintenance.

02

Peanuts are filled with antioxidants! Antioxidants are so important for our bodies as they help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body, protecting cells from damage and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

03

Helpful for bone health! Peanut butter contains important minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium, which are crucial for maintaining strong and healthy bones. These minerals contribute to bone density and play a role in preventing conditions like osteoporosis.

04

Peanut butter is an energy booster! The combination of healthy fats, protein, and carbs in peanut butter makes it an absolutely incredible energy source. Whether you’re gearing up for a workout or trying to get through the afternoon slump—a spoonful of peanut butter can provide a quick and sustained energy boost.

05

The fiber content in peanut butter plays a role in stabilizing blood sugar levels. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with diabetes or those looking to manage their blood sugar levels effectively!

06

It’s so delicious and versatile! Peanut butter is incredibly versatile, making it easy to incorporate into various dishes. Whether added to smoothies, spread on whole grain toast, or used as a dip for fruits and veggies, its delicious flavor enhances a wide range of foods.

Moderation is Key!

While peanut butter is filled with health benefits, it can be overdone—just like any other food! So of course moderation is key! Opt for options like this Cinnamon Peanut Butter—all natural with no added sugars or oils! Enjoy this nutritious and delicious spread as part of a balanced diet for a tasty and wholesome experience!

Ingredients You’ll Need for Cinnamon Peanut Butter

This recipe uses many ingredients you most likely already have in your pantry. When I decide to make this recipe, peanuts are typically the only thing I have to pick up! With only 5 ingredients, you will have the most wonderful spread

Peanuts—the main ingredient! It’s important to buy peanuts with no added oils. I usually get the best prices buying the non salted in bulk.

Cinnamon—another main ingredient that gives this recipe a little extra warmth and spice!

Vanilla—it just levels up any recipe! Make sure you’re using pure vanilla!

Honey—this is another perfectly paired flavor that adds that extra sweet.

Salt—this can be omitted, but man does it bring out the perfect combo of flavors this cinnamon peanut butter is offering up!

Fun Ways To Use This Cinnamon Peanut Butter

I’m a peanut butter addict, so I could use peanut butter on just about everything! With that being said—I’ll share my absolute favorites!

Peanut Butter Toast: You can never and will never go wrong with any variation of peanut butter toast! My favorite way is gluten free bread, cinnamon peanut butter, banana, a drizzle of honey, and hemp seeds! Perfection!

Smoothie Bowls: Nut butter is a staple spread in any smoothie bowl and this Cinnamon Peanut Butter goes perfectly over a bowl. My favorite is when the smoothie base is more chocolate & banana flavored! The hint of cinnamon compliments these flavors amazingly.

Oatmeal: My ride or die, forever favorite, hearty oatmeal. Peanut butter on oats screams cozy. I can’t tell you how much I look forward to a bowl of oatmeal, fruit, peanut butter, and a drizzle of honey in the morning.

Apples/Banana & Peanut Butter: A staple snack in our house that will never get old. Noah and I have apples or banana and peanut butter at least 5 times a week. It’s the perfect snack to share and satisfy that dessert crabing!

Honey & Cinnamon PB Inspiration!

I was inspired by the Rx Bar Honey Cinnamon PB flavor & I basically made a replica for 1/3 the cost!

One of my absolute favorite things is to find my favorite products, and remake them—but for a fraction of the cost! It’s crazy how much can be saved on favorite things by making everything at home. So next time you’re at the store—pick up peanuts instead of peanut butter & grind them on your own! I think you’ll be hooked!
